Q: If I order in-stock items and pre-order items in one order at the same time, will it all ship together? or will the in-stock products ship first?

A: Your orders will ship when the entire order is here! That means you would have to wait for the preorders to arrive! If you want to the in hands sooner, you can email me and pay a separate ship fee!

 

Q: If I make multiple orders, can you combine them for me to save on shipping?

A: You have 1 business day to inform us via email with the order numbers or else the packages will ship out separately. Orders are only automatically held when they include a preorder item that has not arrived yet. Other than that we do not hold orders under any circumstances.

 

Q: What if I purchase a preorder item?

A: The order will be shipped once the preorder item has arrived. If you do not want to wait/have your order on hold, please purchase in-stock items separate from pre-order items.

 

Q: There is a problem with a pin/my order?

A: If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at yoyouspin@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries. 
    Once the package is in USPS/EMS hands we have no control over how they treat the package and how they ship it. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
